Backpack Friends Incorporated raises thousands of dollars every year to feed at-risk school children in PfISD. This year, our Heroes Against Hunger Day will do just that in the heart of downtown Pflugerville. Here’s how it works:

-We fill the downtown corner of Railroad and Pecan St. with food, live music, local vendors, kids activities, super heroes and MORE!
-We enlist local food trucks NOW to participate.
-By participating, we ensure you exclusive rights to your genre of food. (We will host only ONE vendor of each type of food.) Available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
-We spend the next 30 days promoting your participation via email and social media blitz.
-We stream a portion of your business LIVE on social media during the event, promoting your generosity and your business.
-We waive any registration/vendor fees.
-At the end of the event, each business donates 20% sales to Backpack Friends, Inc.
-100% of donated monies goes directly to purchase food items for children this fall.

The parties to this agreement are Backpack Friends Incorporated (hereafter "Host") and _____________________ (hereafter "Vendor").

Whereas, Host is hosting an Event known as _JULY BUSINESS CHALLENGE   to occur on July 1-31, 2021 , and

Whereas, Vendor desires to vend/represent  _____________________ during the Event, both the Host and Vendor agree to the following terms by signature below:

The Event will run July 1-31, 2021
Vendor shall agree to be listed as a participant and represented on event materials, including but not limited to website, social media and challenge cards.
Vendor shall document total purchases made by consumers who present a Backpack Friends July Business Challenge Card.
Vendor shall donate 20% of purchases mentioned above to Backpack Friends via check or electronic disbursement by August 15, 2021.
