| Join Austin Symphony Orchestra (ASO) cellists Anna Park and Frank Jenkins for a private thirty minute duo concert. These world-class musicians will meet the audience virtually and play pieces of the musicians choice. Anna Park is currently the Assistant Principal cellist of the Austin Symphony. A highly sought after orchestral and chamber musician, Anna has performed with a variety of ensembles such as the Houston Symphony, San Antonio Symphony, International Contemporary Ensemble, and the Artosphere Festival Orchestra. As a chamber musician, she enjoys collaborating with other musicians and can be heard performing throughout the community in schools, libraries, and recreation centers as well as the concert stage. Frank grew up in Atlanta, GA and began studying cello in the second grade. He received his BM in Cello Performance from The Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore, MD studying with Alan Stepansky. In 2002 Frank moved to Chicago, IL to study with Hans Jensen and earned his MM in Cello Performance and Pedagogy. Frank later moved to Austin, TX to pursue his DMA in Cello Performance at UT with Bion Tsang. Frank has been a tenured member of the Austin Symphony section since 2014.
