Sponsorship donation is used mainly to secure exclusive photography rights to the 2022 Gala and VIP reception

• Phtographer must grant no-charge usage rights to all photograps taken at the event(s), physical and digital),for use in KTF publications, marketing materials, communications, web sites and social media.  One digital copy of all photographs must be provided to KTF. It is explicitly understood that KTF will select a subset of photographs to use in its "Event Photo Book", which will be given to Paqtron and 3xGold sponsors, and sold individually.
• The photgrapher retains all rights to sell, use or otherwise distribute photgraphs (physical and digital) as they see fit.
