What to Bring:
· 3-4 Gallons of Chili (In years past, many chefs have run out last of chili when asked for only 1 gallon, so please err on the side of abundance!)
· Any toppings/sides you would like to include in your tasting cup
· Canopy/Tent (we highly suggest weights in case of wind), chairs, table cloth, table decor, team name display/sign, chili pot with lid, serving utensils, paper towels
· Bring an extension cord if you plan to use the generators.
· TXHH will provide: one table, small serving cups, tasting spoons, access to electricity! ( NO chafing dishes or serving dishes will be provided, we will provide access to an electrical outlet if you would like to bring a crock-pot).
