Our biggest fundraiser of the year is here! We're excited to have you with us as we auction off hundreds of pieces of artwork from SBTT artists and other artists from around the country.

Many of the items in the auction are created by the adult artists with autism that attend our program. Each time one of our SBTT artists sells a piece of artwork, they receive a 60% commission!

All other artwork in the auction has been graciously donated by working artists around the country. And 100% of the proceeds from their donated work goes straight to our organization!

Details About the Auction:

  • The LIVE AUCTION will run from 7-8pm cdt on Thursday, July 15th. The LIVE AUCTION will be a hybrid event. Sponsors and those who have signed up for our membership program will be invited to join us in-person, and everyone else will be able to participate by watching our live-stream!
  • The SILENT AUCTION will run from 8am on Friday, July 16th until 6pm on Sunday, July 18th. The SILENT AUCTION will be completely online for everyone.
  • If you win an item: you will be asked whether you would like to pick your item up from the Studio during pick-up hours (9:30-4pm Monday thru Thursday), have it locally delivered for a $10 fee (within 10 miles of the Studio), or cover the cost of having your item shipped.

Live Auction : How It Will Work

Here are the basics:

  • The Live Auction will be a hybrid event – meaning it will be held both in-person and online.
  • The in-person event will only be open to our members and our sponsors (due to the need to limit capacity as we continue following covid-19 safety protocol), but the online portion will be open to everyone.
  • There is no cost to register to bid.
  • Bidding for the Live Auction will start Thursday (7/15) at 7pm central.
  • The biggest question we’ve gotten is: “Will I still be able to bid on the Live Auction if I’m not in-person? ” And the question is: “ABSOLUTELY!”

So let’s go over how that will go down:

  • If you haven’t already, go ahead and register for the auction here. You won’t be able to see the items in the Live Auction until Thursday (7/15) unless you have purchased an Advanced Viewing Ticket for a $20 donation here.
  • The Live Auction will begin taking bids at 7pm central, at which point you’ll log into the auction page.
  • From here, you’ll be able to watch a live stream video of the in-person event! That’s right! You’ll have a front row view of the auctioneer, be able to read about the item up for auction, and make your bids in real-time! All from the same page on your phone, tablet, or computer.
  • Even if you don’t plan on bidding, you should join us by watching the live stream – it should be a really fun one!
  • Note that there are some shipping limitations on a few of the Live Auction items. If you do not live locally, you will need to coordinate with an art handler or shipping company to facilitate the delivery of items that are listed as local delivery and pick-up only. Silent Auction : How It Will Work

  • Our Silent Auction will run completely online – just like last year! There is no cost to bid. Bidding will start at 8am on Friday (7/16) and continue until Sunday (7/18) at 6pm.
  • You can go ahead and pre-register here. Note: the registration is the same for the Live and Silent – so if you’re already registered for one, you’re all set for both!
  • You’ll be able to see all the items in the Silent Auction at 8am on Friday (7/16) unless you have an Advanced Viewing Ticket which will give you immediate access for a $20 donation.

Already registered and need to log in?

If you’re already registered, here are three easy ways you can access the auction:

  • When you first registered, you were sent a personal, secure link to the auction. To find that, search your email or texts for “Welcome to ART FROM THE HEART. Use your secure personal link below to participate in the event,” and click on that link.
  • Or you can sign into your account from this page. Just click on the link at the top of this page that says "Already Registered?".
  • Or email and we can re-send your link!

Auction Pro-Tip for Advanced Viewing Ticket Holders:

Once you have access to the auction, you’ll be able to see both the items in the Silent and Live Auctions! All you have to do is toggle between the “gavel” icon (for the Live Auction items) and the “crowd” icon (for the Silent Auction items). These icons are located toward the top of the auction page.


The “gavel” icon will show you the Live Auction items, and the “crowd” icon will show you the Silent Auction items.

$5 Single Raffle Ticket

This raffle ticket will enter you into the drawings for our four available raffle baskets. Buy as many tickets are you would like! For each drawing, we will select a random raffle ticket. There will be four drawings total. 
If you win, you will receive a text and email notification from us directly after the drawing.
If you win and will need your raffle basket mailed, according to state and federal guidelines, we will not be able to include any alcohol.
