Please sign up by following the links to each role on the right side of this page.<br /> </p> <h2 dir="ltr">Volunteer Roles:</h2> <h3 dir="ltr"><strong>Saturday, July 23rd</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong id="docs-internal-guid-607066b4-7fff-41f5-024a-2d27b1e38596">Load-in volunteers (10)</strong><br /> Meet at SBTT 10am Saturday July 23rd to pack and load all artwork and supplies. Travel to the Fennec to unload and set up. We expect to be done by 4pm - but let us know if you will need to leave early.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><strong id="docs-internal-guid-607066b4-7fff-41f5-024a-2d27b1e38596">Sunday, July 24th</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong id="docs-internal-guid-607066b4-7fff-41f5-024a-2d27b1e38596">Tech Assistant (2)</strong><br /> Arrive at the Fenec at 3:30pm, and stay for the duration of the event. Provides backup for all of our tech during the event (projector with slideshow, tablets, audio equipment, etc). This volunteer will need to know the basics of troubleshooting things like bluetooth connectivity and such, or be able to assist a staff member to resolve any issues that pop up.<br /> </p> </li> <li><strong id="docs-internal-guid-607066b4-7fff-41f5-024a-2d27b1e38596">Corporate Concierge Check-in (4)</strong><br /> Meet at The Fennec by 4pm, stay for the duration of the event. Greet and check-in corporate guests using the tablets. Most of the work will take place between 5-6pm, and after that we might ask you to float to another position if needed.<br /> </li> <li><strong id="docs-internal-guid-607066b4-7fff-41f5-024a-2d27b1e38596">Check-in tables downstairs (6)</strong> <ul> <li><strong id="docs-internal-guid-607066b4-7fff-41f5-024a-2d27b1e38596">4 - Checking in (*1 dedicated to corporate check-in)</strong><br /> Meet at the Fennec by 5pm, stay for the duration of the event. Greet and check-in General Admission guests using tablets. Most of this work will take place between 6-7pm, and after that we might ask you to float to another position if needed.</li> <li><strong id="docs-internal-guid-607066b4-7fff-41f5-024a-2d27b1e38596">2 - Ticket sales</strong><br /> Meet at the Fennec by 5pm, stay for the duration of the event. Greet and sell General Admission tickets to guests using tablets. Most of this work will take place between 6-7pm, and after that we might ask you to float to another position if needed.<br /> </li> </ul> </li> <li><strong id="docs-internal-guid-607066b4-7fff-41f5-024a-2d27b1e38596">Info Table (3)</strong><br /> Meet at the Fennec by 4:30pm Sunday July 24th. Handout the evening's program and answers questions about the event, SBTT programming, our membership program, etc.<br /> </li> <li><strong id="docs-internal-guid-607066b4-7fff-41f5-024a-2d27b1e38596">Cash & Carry Room (6)</strong><br /> Meet at the Fennec by 4:30pm Sunday July 24th. Handles direct purchases in our Cash & Carry room featuring work by Studio Artists and SBTT merchandise, fill in holes on the sale floor, wraps purchases. <ul> <li><strong id="docs-internal-guid-607066b4-7fff-41f5-024a-2d27b1e38596">3 - Checkout</strong></li> <li><strong id="docs-internal-guid-607066b4-7fff-41f5-024a-2d27b1e38596">2 - Wrappers</strong></li> <li><strong id="docs-internal-guid-607066b4-7fff-41f5-024a-2d27b1e38596">1 - Floater</strong><br /> </li> </ul> </li> <li><strong id="docs-internal-guid-607066b4-7fff-41f5-024a-2d27b1e38596">Silent Auction Assitant (6)</strong><br /> Meet at the Fennec by 4:30pm Sunday July 24th. Works in teams of three when the Silent Auction concludes to finalize all the winning bids and wrap each auction piece. Most of this work will take place between 7:30 - 8:30pm, and we might ask you to float to another position beforehand if needed.<br /> </li> <li><strong id="docs-internal-guid-607066b4-7fff-41f5-024a-2d27b1e38596">Live Auction Assistant (6)</strong><br /> Meet at The Fennec 4:30pm Sunday July 24th. Helps the auctioneer spot bidders placing bids during the LIve Auction. Also takes info from Live Auction winners and assists in wrapping the auction item after the Live Auction has concluded. Most of this work will take place between 7:30 - 8:30pm, and we might ask you to float to another position beforehand if needed.<br /> </li> <li><strong id="docs-internal-guid-607066b4-7fff-41f5-024a-2d27b1e38596">Auction Check-out (3)</strong><br /> Meet at The Fennec by 4:30pm Sunday July 24th for training and set-up. Uses tablets to check-out guests who have won Live or Silent Auction Items. Most guests will automatically be checked out via the credit card we have on file, but some guests may wish pay with another method - this role will help them do that. Most of this work will take place between 7:30 - 9pm, and we might ask you to float to another position beforehand if needed.<br /> </li> <li><strong>Storage Assistant (4)</strong><br /> Meet at The Fennec by 4:30pm Sunday July 24th. When guests make purchases from the Cash & Carry room, this role helps by storing those purchases with the guests' information written on them so the guest does not have to carry their purchases around for the rest of the evening.<br /> </li> <li><strong id="docs-internal-guid-607066b4-7fff-41f5-024a-2d27b1e38596">Pack-up / Load-out (10)</strong><br /> Meet at The Fennec by 7pm Sunday July 24th. Helps carefully pack any remainig artwrok, tables, equipement, etc. into the van so it can be returned to the Studio. This should be completed by 9:30/10pm. </li> </ul> <p> </p>
