During this time of the COVID-19 pandemic and rising racial tensions throughout the country, our youth need our help now!
The PARTI Program has been supporting youth virtually to provide them support and help them to feel safe during the covid-19 shelter in place, we will continue to support youth virtually as they transition into the upcoming school year. By participating in the virtual silent auction, you are supporting 1,000 plus youth in California, Texas, Washington, Virginia, New York, Arizona have the opportunity to lead and participate in service projects that have an impact in their community.
Each person who wins a silent auction item will:
have your contribution maagnified on Global Giving beginning December 1-15.
be listed as a sponsor for our 2021 Stop The Violence Event in Santa Clara County, Alameda County, San Mateo County, Los Angeles County or in the state of Texas and/Washington St.
Be invited as a VIP Guests to all PARTI Program professional events.
PARTI Program will be hosting our Youth Equity Luncheon which we will highlight and showcase our BetterUnite virtual silent auction, howver guests only participating in the silent auction can choose to only participate in the bidding option of the event which ends at 11:59pm.

Our Background
PARTI has a long track record of successful programming for youth. It has been in operation informally since the mid-1990s and formally incorporated as a non-profit in 2007. The strength of the program throughout this time has been its commitment to elevating youth voice and co-creating projects with the community. PARTI Program grew out of founder Winston Ashby’s love of his community, and his innate ability to bring people together for a good cause. What started as organic community happenings centered on music, stepping, and an annual celebration of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, has evolved to become a multi-city anti-bullying and stop the violence campaign.
Who we are | PARTI Program is a 501c3 non-profit that promotes youth development and social emotional well-being. Every day we work to change the lives of youth who suffer from bullying, depression, violent lifestyles, unhealthy relationships, and unstable families. Since 2000, we have served over 18,000 youth, expanding our reach to serve youth in Santa Clara County, San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles, California. We have co-created stop the violence and anti-bullying campaigns with young people from middle school through college, in order for youth to feel safe, supported, and connected to opportunity
Why we do it | Young people are our future, and they are in jeopardy. Nearly 33% of California youth in the 11th grade have experienced depression related feelings in the previous year and one out of 20 teenagers aged 15-19 are hospitalized in a given year for mental health related issues. One in four California youth in middle and high school report being bullied in the previous year, most often for reasons of bias. Creating a world where young people feel safe and empowered to make a positive impact on their communities is our call to action.
Our Methodology | Young people have the capacity to be the change agents their community’s need. PARTI Program focuses on identifying real community needs and supporting teams of youth to create the solutions. We provide support activities for many low-income and underrepresented youth who otherwise never receive an opportunity to be heard or get placed in leadership roles in their school. PARTI Program believes leadership and service should be the common expectation and experience of all young people. We connect youth with leadership classes and volunteer opportunities that focus on addressing core youth issues which include increased self-esteem and confidence and increased connections to caring adults. Through partnerships with civic, corporate, and community supporters, we have developed a program that works with young people and addresses three important areas: Business Savvy, Building 21st century career development skills, and developing a strong Social Conscience. We provide resources and training to help young people find their voice, take-action, and make an impact on vital community issues.
Impact | PARTI Program has served nearly 18,000 youth across Santa Clara, Alameda and Los Angeles Counties since it was first launched in 2000. PARTI currently hosts 4 signature events a year, 3 of which are youth-led, and provides 4 core programs: High Impact, Leadership/Mentorship, Fusion (ARTS), and Health.
