We need volunteers to help at this year's MDCA's New stART Gala event on December 31, 2022.
Volunteers are needed Friday morning/ afternoon for event set up. Types of work are getting donation boxes, silent auction items, table covers and misc decorations from the center to Donnelly park. We will also start arranging tables and chairs and put up decorations.
On Saturday morning/afternoon we will be setting up table tops and arranging the lay out.
Saturday evening during the event statrting at 5:30, we will need people for Check in, Bar watch, Security and Silent Auction check out. Your will not need to purchase a ticket to attend and enjoy the event between duties.
Sunday morning clean up.
Available any day leading up to the event weekend. It could be running tickets, picking up items from our shed, getting donations, writing letters etc
Help get items needed from the Center over to Donnelly Park . Set up tables. Start setting up layout.
Help with Check in at 6PM. You will also help with Silent Auction Check out. You do not need to purchase an event ticket to enjoy the evening between your duties if you volunteer here.
Manage new bidders, watch tables, answer questions, help organize and check winning bidders out. You do not need to purchase an event ticket to enjoy the evening between your duties if you volunteer here.
Make sure only VIP guests with bands are getting drinks and 360 video without donating. Keep an eye on guests that look intoxicated. You do not need to purchase an event ticket to enjoy the evening between your duties if you volunteer here.
Help us pick up party leftovers, clean up in general and get items back over to the Center.
