Chincoteague Pony Penning Posters are highly desired pieces of Chincoteague history. Originally, these posters were distributed to local merchants and restaurants to help spread the word of the impending events and spark excitment. With so few in existence, you can imagine how highly sought after they were after the carnival season was over. A true collectible! 

Michael's Jewelry (now located in the Village Mall) would like to donate their collection of Pony Penning Posters to support the efforts to build a sensory playground on Chincoteague. Their collection spands from 2005 to 2018. The 10 posters that are being offered for this auction are framed and ready to hang. A few have bent corners or tape exposed, but still highly collectible.
