Art is a Priority! Online Art Auction TEST TEST TEST

The importance of the arts has never been so clear. Our 14th annual art auction, celebrates art as an essential component of our individual and collective well-being and health.

Our 14th annual art auction features 90 extraordinarily talented artists who have generously donated their time and talent with a shared sense of urgency. We are committed to establishing West Hawai'i as a model of a resilient, thriving community where art is considered a necessity, not a luxury. Art is a Priority!

Arts education develops the survival skills of creative problem-solving, empathy, collaboration and curiosity necessary to unite communities on a local, national and global scale. In addition to the diverse selection of works by established and emerging artists from Hawai'i and beyond, this year's online auction also debuts 80+ new works on 1’x1’ panels created by invited artists specifically for the event. With proceeds directly supporting the Donkey Mill Art Center, art will be exhibited virtually and at the Mill and sold during the silent and live online auctions. This year's silent and live auctions feature works by more than 50 renowned artists.

Also, if you live on Hawai'i Island, or will be safely traveling to the island, we encourage you to stop by the Donkey Mill Art Center during our business hours, Wednesday - Saturday from 10:00am - 6:00pm to see the work in person for the entire month of February!
