Important Pick-Up, Shipping, and Return Details

This is all the information you need to know about how to receive the items you win.


SPECIAL EVENT OFFERS AND AUCTION ITEM DETAILS:

Many items have restrictions on shipping or local delivery, and that will be noted in the auction item's description. If you will need your items shipped, only bid on those that are listed as shippable in their descriptions.

PICK UP DETAILS

We will have designated pick-up times from November 23rd until December 17th.  

 

Pick up times at the Studio are: 
Mondays through Thursdays: 10am-2pm
We are closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

*We will be closed for Thanksgiving from 11/25-11/26*

You must contact us if you are unable to pick up your items by December 17th. Otherwise, we will have to assume you will not be picking up your item and we will contact the next highest bidders - your original payment will not be refunded. 

Our Studio is located at 301 20th Street N, Irondale, AL 35210. Please include the zip code in your gps app to insure you’re heading the right way.

 

 

SHIPPING DETAILS

VERY IMPORTANT. Note that some pieces are marked as PICK UP ONLY and cannot be shipped. Please refer to each item's description for these details. All items will be shipped USPS Priority or UPS. You will have the final shipping cost added to the total amount charged to your card when we process your purchase. We will coordinate this with you in the days after the auction concludes


We will be shipping items out as soon as possible, but expect that your item will take 2-4 weeks to ship. You will be notified as soon as your package has shipped.


We won’t be able to assist in the delivery of items we deem unsuited for shipping or local delivery under any circumstances. Due to the nature of the auction, we will also be unable to refund any winning bids placed on items that we deem unsuited for shipping or local delivery. You may coordinate with an art handler to pick it up and arrange delivery - however we cannot facilitate this.

 

We will be in contact with you during the week of November 23rd to coordinate all shipping and local delivery.

 

Returns:

We would like to limit the chances of any returns by ensuring that we accurately depict our products. So we ask that you use the photos and descriptions we provide to make a careful purchase. Due to the nature of the auction, we will only accept returns on damaged items during delivery. No returns on damaged items after 2 days of receiving. All sales are final in all other cases. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to your purchase.
