AUCTION POLICIES

  1. Authentication Policy: All Charity Fundraising autographed items undergo a detailed forensic examination by an independent third-party firm to confirm the authenticity of signatures. All autographed items come with a Certificate of Authenticity and counterfeit-proof holograms from Forensic Document Analysis and Examination Services (FDAES). Please ask FDAES any questions regarding authenticity prior to your fundraiser. Your organization agrees that FDAES is the only authorized signature examiner for the noted auction items on this reservation form and that your organization will not use or authorize for use any other signature examiner or authentication firm prior to or after your event date to authenticate the noted auction items on this reservation form.   2.  Refunds/Exchanges/Credits: All sold auction items at your fundraiser are final. We cannot accept returns for refunds, exchanges or credits on sold auction items after being sold.
  3. Online Auction Images: Please note images included during our online auction are sample images and not exact images of the items being shipped to the winning bidders. Specifically – record album titles are not guaranteed. For guitars specific guitar colors are not guaranteed. For all items signature color and location will vary.
