By participating in the Big Ask Give as a volunteer, you understand and agree to the following:
You are volunteering your time and services voluntarily and at your own risk. Inherent Knowledge Public Benefit Company and Citylab Professional are not responsible for any injury or damage that may occur as a result of your participation in the event.
You release and hold harmless Inherent Knowledge Public Benefit Company and Citylab Professional, as well as their employees, agents, and volunteers, from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage that you may suffer as a result of your participation in the event.
You consent to the use of any photographs, video, or audio recordings that may be taken of you during the event for promotional or other purposes related to Inherent Knowledge Public Benefit Company and Citylab Professional.
You confirm that you are in good physical condition and are able to safely participate in the activities of the event. If you have any medical conditions or limitations, you will inform the event organizers and follow any instructions provided to you.
Please understand that these waivers and disclaimers are in place to protect the safety and well-being of all volunteers and to minimize the risk of any potential liabilities. By participating in the Big Ask Give, you are acknowledging and accepting these terms.
