ELIGIBILITY FOR PURCHASE
By purchasing a raffle ticket, you agree to be bound by these rules and terms.
Breakthrough Central Texas (1050 E 11th St, Austin, TX 787702) is conducting this raffle. Tickets will be sold for $25 each or $100 for five (if purchased in the same transaction).
A maximum of 3,000 tickets will be sold. Odds of winning are based on the number of raffle tickets purchased. Entrants can only win 1 prize. Drawing to be held October 28, 2022, at the Breakthrough Central Texas office. Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a raffle ticket or claim a raffle prize. Winners must reside in the state of Texas. You need not be present at the drawing to win. The Executive Director and Chief Development Officer of Breakthrough Central Texas are ineligible to enter the raffle.
The winners will be determined by a random drawing of purchased tickets. Winners will have fourteen (3) business days from the notification of winning to claim their prize. Winners will be notified via the contact information supplied during the ticket purchase. If winner fails to claim their prize within fourteen (3) days, for whatever reason, winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner can be selected.

Package does not include travel to or from the destination. Package does not include trip insurance or other fees.

A stay can be reserved, based on availability, for 24 months from the date of the event. The nights must be used during one trip. At least one person staying at the residence must be over the age of 25. Blackout dates: December 24th – January 3rd , February 16th-23rd , Easter Week (these dates vary each year). Unless otherwise noted, all holiday/event weeks start the Saturday before the holiday/event through the Saturday after the holiday/event.

Reservations based upon availability at time of booking. *Wine tour itinerary subject to change. Purchaser will receive a traveler’s booking for each travel package. Purchaser has one year from event/purchase date to return the completed form and book trip. Travel must be completed within two years from date of event/purchase. All packages are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No Exceptions.

Subject to availability. Winner has 24 months to travel. Must be booked at least 60 days in advance of travel. Non-refundable. Cannot be resold.
