Release of liability: All attendees are required to have their own medical insurance coverage, and if an injury occurs, it is understood that the attendee and their family are responsible for any medical costs. Attendees dance at their own risk. By purchasing a ticket for the Dance-a-thon, you are releasing the Dance for Freedom Foundation, the directors, their families, or employees and the locations where the Dance for Freedom events are held and their employees from any claims, demands and causes of action arising from the attendee's participation in any of the programs, from any liability now or in the future however caused, occurring before, during, or after participation in any of the programs offered by the Dance for Freedom Foundation.
By purchasing a ticket, I verify that I have read and agree with the above statement. I understand that there are specific risks of physical or property damages, losses, or injury that may result from my or my child's participation with the Dance for Freedom Foundation, and I voluntarily assume the risks associated with such participation. I also agree to indemnify and hold the Dance for Freedom Foundation, any dance studio, church, or venue where a Dance for Freedom event is held, their employees, agents and representatives free from any and all claims, damage or liability arising out of or resulting from the use and occupancy of the premises and including any event sponsored by the Dance for Freedom Foundation.
