Soiree Event Waiver
Please review the following information with your child and type your name below to acknowledge
review and acceptance.
Ticket Information:
1.) Purchasing a ticket ensures the party guest’s name will be placed on the Soiree reservation list.
2.) On the night of the event, the party guest will check in at the door and will be given a wrist band.
3.) Only guests who have purchased a ticket will be allowed to attend the party.
Rules of Participation:
1.) Party guests are expected to conduct themselves as ladies and gentlemen.
2.) There will be ZERO tolerance for drugs, alcohol, inappropriate behavior, fighting,
cursing, and illegal activities. If this occurs, a parent will be called to pick up the party
guest in violation AND a ticket refund will not be issued.
3.) Guests who arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to enter
the event. A parent will be called to pick up the guest in violation AND a ticket refund will
not be issued.
4.) For security reasons, guests may not leave the event early without prior written approval
from the Soiree Committee. Any guest that leaves early will have their wristbands cut off
and re-entry will not be permitted.
5.) Off duty police officers will be present at all times during the event to ensure safety.
6.) Women’s Symphony League volunteers and off duty police officers reserve the right to
dismiss any guest unwilling to adhere to the rules of the participation.
