By signing up, you are agreeing to our Volunteer Waiver of Liability and Photo/Video Consent and that you are at least 18 years of age or a legal guardian:
Release: In consideration of the opportunity afforded me to assist on a voluntary basis on the Rebuilding Together of the Triangle, Inc. (RTT) Home Repair Project, a project in which homes of disadvantaged persons will be repaired by volunteers, and in light of the aims and purposes of the community service provided by RTT in organizing this project, I hereby waive any right or cause of action arising as a result of my participation in said project from which any liability may or could accrue against RTT or its officers and directors collectively or individually. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I agree that this waiver shall include any rights or causes of action resulting from personal injury to me or damage to my property sustained in connection with my activities for the Home Repair Project. I further acknowledge and accept full personal and legal responsibility for any unregistered guests invited by me to participate on the Home Repair Project who have not received/signed this waiver.
Consent: I further freely consent to the unrestricted use by RTT and/or any person authorized by them of any photographs, recordings, interviews, the use of my name, videotapes, motion picture or similar visual or auditory recording of me, created in connection with the Project. I expect and anticipate no remuneration there from.
