The Circus Up Scholarship Program aims to provide aspiring and practicing circus artists, who are part of historically under-resourced and under-represented communities, with the funds and opportunity to deepen their knowledge, practice, and performance of the circus arts. 

This scholarship fund is made possible through donations made by individual Circus Up donors, grants, and donations from students of the Commonwealth Circus Center.

Eligibility Includes:

• Has a strong interest in movement arts 

• Can commit to 80% or more of classes 

• Lives in the Greater Boston Area

• Priority given to members of BIPOC communities

*We use the following definition of BIPOC: Black, Indigenous, People of Color, Latinx, Asian, Native American, Pacific Islander, and all other ethnicities of color
