Dear Friends and Family,
I will be participating in the Bowtie Kids Brick by Brick campaign from November 1st to December 1st. The purpose of Brick by Brick is to raise awareness and funds so children impacted by chronic pain can experience childhood without limits.
As many of you know, my younger sister was diagnosed with leukemia at the age of six. She dealt with a lot of chronic pain during her tough three-year treatment plan. Now that she has been in healthy and in remission for over ten years, I want to help other children dealing with chronic pain every day. Funds raised through the Bowtie Kids Brick by Brick Giving Tuesday campaign allows children the opportunity to increase their social and emotional learning capacity to reduce the levels of anxiety, depression, isolation, poor self-concept, poor self-expression, and rates of suicide through interactive and experiential learning. I'll be asking pretty much everyone I know to check out my page and donate if they can. I hope you'll help me reach my goal of raising $500 - or more - by making a donation.
