| This is the Bisbee's 40th Year Anniversary tournament so what better way than to commemorate it with a custom painting of your boat/transom by world-renowned artist, Larry Rackley!! Files will also be made/sent to you for usage on apparel, etc! From acrylics, watercolor, charcoal, colored pencils, high quality oil paints, to sculpted glass 3-D Paintings, Rackley has carved out a name for himself just as abstract and unique as his work.
