You are cordially invited to attend Eanes Education Foundation's 2022 "Love" Gala! It will be a night filled with great friends, fantastic food, loads of fun and lots of love for raising funds for the wonderful educators in our district!

Being On-Time = More Fun!

6:00 pm – 7:15 pm Cocktail Reception for all guests on the 3^rd Floor (Congressional Foyer) plus “EEF LIVE from DOWNTOWN” with TV personality Keri Bellacosa Walling. Cocktails, Premier Silent Auction, Silent Auction, Pick-a-Package, Diamond Raffle/Champagne Wall and Wine Toss

7:15 pm Dinner and Live Auction Program on the 3^rd Floor (Congressional Ballroom)

** Silent Auction closes 15 minutes after the Live Auction program ends.

9:45 pm – 12:00 am After Party for all guests on the 7^th Floor (Palm Park)

ATTIRE: Cocktail Attire, Tux not required.

PARKING: Valet ($30) or self-park ($25) is available with The Fairmont Austin. (These rates excludes overnight rates.) Taking an Uber, Lyft or other ride share is recommended.

Covid Protocol Updates: The safety of our guests, staff, volunteers and vendors is a priority for this event.

The Gala will be in a large, airy ballroom with tables and chairs spaced out appropriately and comfortably
Hand sanitizer dispensers will be placed throughout the event space
The Fairmont Austin has increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing in all public spaces
Masks are optional and will be provided throughout the venue

Proof of vaccination or negative test is not required. However, we suggest that every guest complete a self- assessment the day of the event and plan to not attend if exhibiting any Covid-like symptoms. If in doubt, consider taking a Covid test. Be Positive you are Negative!
