CASA provides a powerful voice and a meaningful connection for children who have experienced abuse, neglect and abandonment. There are over 3,100 children in Orange County’s child welfare system. We are making important progress towards serving every child, but far too many still face foster care and the court systems alone. Because of this, we need your help.
